What is Yatra Kundalini Activation (YKA)
Yatra Kundalini Activation is an energetic transmission experience that naturally activates the vital energy present within each of us, often called Kundalini energy. Unlike practices where one tries to “do” or “control”, here there is nothing to force. You simply lie down, in a state of letting go, while the energy flows where your body needs it.
This activation works on multiple levels: physical, emotional, energetic, and sometimes spiritual. The goal is not performance, but reconnection: returning to your body, releasing blockages, and allowing your nervous system to find greater harmony and flow. It is a true inner journey, a yatra toward yourself.
The 5 Pillars of the Experience
  • Kundalini Activation forms the heart of the practice, the process of activation and co-activation of the nervous system that allows vital energy to flow, and the entry into a state of conscious trance.
  • Light Language is a channeled, non-verbal language used by the facilitator to accompany participants in their inner experience, without interference from the mind.
  • Functional Neurology provides a scientific framework to understand what is happening physiologically, to secure the experience and adapt the support.
  • The YKA Playlist, built in twelve stages, is designed to guide the nervous system through precise phases of activation and release, from the entry into conscious trance to the gradual return.
  • Pranic Healing is used to balance the energetic field before and after the session.

Benefits of Kundalini Activation
🌿 Regulate Your Nervous System
During a session, the body can spontaneously enter states of deep release. This can support: reduced stress, better sleep, a sense of inner safety, lasting emotional calm.
🌿 Release Accumulated Emotions
The body holds what the mind could not process. Old emotions can be released gently, allowing you to move through difficult periods or past wounds more peacefully.
🌿 Restore Your Vital Energy
When energy flows more freely: fatigue decreases, clarity returns, motivation reactivates. It is often a feeling of "coming back to yourself".
🌿 Break Free from Repetitive Patterns
Some automatic reactions come from conditioning embedded in the nervous system. By working at the body level, it becomes possible to create new responses — freer, more aligned.
🌿 Reconnect with Your Intuition and Creativity
When the mind slows down, intuition can emerge. Many people feel: more clarity, more inspiration, a more stable inner connection.
🌿Cultivate Greater Well-being and Presence
By releasing what was held back, the body finds more fluidity. A sense of alignment and lightness can gradually settle into daily life.
Yatra Kundalini Activation does not replace medical or therapeutic care, but it can be a powerful complement on a path of personal transformation.
Testimonials
I wanted to share my experience from my kundalini activation session with Christelle. It was truly intense… from the very beginning, you feel her presence and energy. You feel guided, safe, and can completely let go. During the session, several releases happened within me. I felt blockages dissolve, tensions disappear… it was both powerful and soothing. A huge thank you to Christelle for this beautiful session.

My very first kundalini session, and Christelle immediately put me at ease and answered all my questions before we began. It was a beautiful discovery and an opportunity to feel more connected to myself and to let go. At the end, I felt completely relaxed, as if I had just had a massage. I would gladly try it again!

I had an in-person Kundalini Activation session with Christelle. I truly loved it; I needed a moment for myself, and it was perfect.
The session genuinely calmed me, and I was able to reconnect with myself, guided and accompanied by Christelle's voice.
This session truly reconnected me to my energy — and above all, to my feminine energy. Today, I feel much more at peace and I feel like I see the world more clearly.
Thank you again, Christelle. I will be back with pleasure.

Who Is
Yatra Kundalini Activation For
Kundalini Activation is not reserved for those with a spiritual practice or an interest in personal development. It works independently of beliefs, sensitivity level, or prior experience. The body does not need to believe in anything to activate its regulatory mechanisms.
It is particularly helpful for people carrying chronic stress, anxiety that is difficult to manage, emotions that verbal approaches cannot reach, or a general feeling of being stuck somewhere without knowing where. It is also suitable for those who are doing well and simply want to go further in their relationship with themselves.
Contraindications and Precautions
Psychiatric: psychiatric conditions or history of psychiatric illness, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, people on neuroleptic or antipsychotic medication.
Physical: cardiovascular disorders (history of heart attack, stroke, etc.), epilepsy, glaucoma, severe asthma, recent surgery, phlebitis, pregnancy.
Not suitable for people under 18 years of age
If in doubt, a conversation with the facilitator before booking is always possible, and obtaining medical advice is recommended.
Experiences During a YKA Session
The experiences during a Yatra Kundalini Activation session are diverse and varied:
Physical Movements
Involuntary body movements, spasms, trembling, spontaneous yoga postures, for physical and energetic unblocking.
Non-Duality
A feeling of total unity and interconnection with all that exists, bringing deep peace and a sense of expanded consciousness.
Visions
Visions of light, colors, symbolic images, memories from the past, past lives, messages, subtle guidance...
Energetic Movements
Currents of energy flowing through the body, in the form of sensations of heat, cold, vibrations...

Emotional Movements
Emotional releases: release of anger, sadness, fears, or feelings of joy, love, or ecstasy.

Each Yatra Kundalini Activation session is unique, and experiences can vary from one person to another, as well as from one session to another. Each person enters the process at their own pace and according to their individual needs.

What Happens in the Body During a Kundalini Activation Session
01
The Co-Activation of the Nervous System
The autonomic nervous system is divided into two main branches: the sympathetic system, associated with activation, alertness, and mobilization, and the parasympathetic system, associated with rest and recovery. In ordinary life, these two branches alternate. During a Kundalini Activation session, something unusual occurs: both systems activate simultaneously.
It is this co-activation that is at the origin of the most visible phenomena in a session: involuntary movements, trembling, sensations of heat or electric current. The body is simultaneously in a state of intense alertness and in a state of deep safety. This combination creates a space in which emotional charges and accumulated tensions can release on their own.

02
The Role of the Vagus Nerve
The polyvagal theory, developed by neuroscientist Stephen Porges, describes three states of the nervous system: the ventral vagal state (safety, connection, openness), the sympathetic state (mobilization, stress, defense), and the dorsal vagal state (freeze, withdrawal, disconnection). Most people suffering from chronic stress or trauma oscillate between the last two states without ever truly accessing the first.
The Kundalini Activation, through the quality of the field it creates and the progression of the musical playlist, allows the nervous system to shift toward the ventral vagal state. It is in this state that the body can finally release what it was holding. The emotional release that often occurs during a session is not manufactured: it is simply made possible by this shift in state.

03
Kriyas and Spontaneous Movements
The involuntary movements that appear during the session are known in yogic traditions as kriyas. From a neurological perspective, they are explained by an increase in electrical flow along the motor nerves, which causes contractions, vibrations, and movements that the mind does not control. These movements are simply the sign that the body is doing its regulatory work.
Not everyone experiences them in the same way. Some participants move a great deal, others remain almost still. A very calm session is no less deep than a physically intense one. What each body expresses is exactly what it needs at that moment.

04
The Circulation of Vital Energy and Chakra Activation
As the session progresses, vital energy (called prana in Indian traditions) begins to flow more freely through the body. This circulation is facilitated by the quality of the energetic field created by the facilitator and by the progression of the playlist. The body does nothing consciously to produce it. It unfolds on its own.
This movement of energy can activate one or more chakras during the session. Chakras are energy centers distributed along the spine, each connected to specific dimensions of emotional, physical, or relational life. What activates depends on the session, the person, and the moment.

Preparation
How to Prepare for a First Session
There is not much to do to prepare, and that is precisely what unsettles some participants who are used to practices that require active engagement. Kundalini Activation calls above all for availability, openness, and letting go.

Avoid eating in the 3 to 4 hours before the session, and no alcohol in the 24 hours prior.

Comfortable clothing, no jewelry. Arrive a little early to let the pace of the day settle.

Arrive without particular expectations. What you experience will be what your body needs at that moment — not what you imagined.
