For years, I navigated environments marked by stress, toxic relationships and repeated burnouts. Like many highly sensitive or multipotential (neurodivergent) women, I gave without counting, until I exhausted my body and disrupted my balance — particularly hormonal.
The diagnosis of endometriosis was a strong signal. It invited me to look deeply and understand that my body was repeating the same patterns: it had learned that survival was a form of safety. But this 'safety' was in reality a prison, which maintained my imbalances.
I then discovered that the body doesn't function in isolated pieces, but as an interconnected system where the nervous system, hormones, emotions and lived experience constantly influence each other. Having worked in the medical field, I was able to connect my scientific knowledge to a more global vision of body and mind.
This path led me toward Chinese medicine, somatic practices, conscious breathwork, Yin Yoga and Yatra Kundalini Activation.
These tools allowed me to release emotional and physical memories, rediscover real inner safety and inhabit my body differently.
Today, I have a visceral desire to offer my knowledge and support to women like me: highly sensitive, multipotential, generous, who carry too much, for too long.
